The presence of any of these signs and symptoms demands extra caution:
Head Injury:
-A depression in the skull, or a cut or bruise in the scalp.
-Bleeding or clear discharge from the ears or nose.
-Bleeding from mouth.
-Pupils of different sizes.
-Speech or vision disturbance.
-Altered mental state, such as drowsiness, confusion, or unconsciousness.
-Muscle twitching.
-Convulsions.
-Altered pulse rate (more than 80 beats or less than 60 beats per minute).
-Vomiting.
-Unusual pallor or reddish skin tone.
-Headache
NECK AND BACK INJURIES:
-Head resting in an abnormal position.
-Stiff neck.
-Tingling sensations in the hands and feet.
-Loss of feeling.
-Paralysis of the arms, legs, or other parts of body.
-Loss of bladder control
